GLISPY

John P. Glispy, 36, Columbus, ended his battle with Leukemia on Wednesday, June 9, 2010, at Kobacker House, surrounded by his loving family. John was born to John P. Glispy and Mary A. (Freed) Manter in Columbus, OH on August 19, 1973. John is survived by his parents, John P. (Mary Ann) Glispy and Mary A. Manter; wife (childhood sweetheart of over 24 years) Rebecca (Ewing) Glispy; sons, John Jr and Jeremy Glispy; daughters, Brittany and Brianna Glispy; mother and father-in-law, Cindy and John Pugh; sisters, Angela Glispy, Misty Bartley, Tonya Martin, Amy (Mark Matteson) Ewing, Andrea (Scott) Evans, Alaina (Mitch) Steele; brothers, Chad Glispy and Ray (Tawna DeVore) Ewing III; grandparents, James and Viola Freed and Linda and Bill Clark; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. John proudly worked for 10 years at Limited Brands (Express Distribution Center). John loved to spend time with his family at their cabin resort. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 13, 2010, 2-6PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service to be held on Monday, June 14, 2010, 11 AM. John's family would like to thank the James Cancer Center for all their services and support.
