John Owens, 66, of Pataskala, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2012 at his residence.
He was born October 23, 1945 in Jackson, son of the late Harry and Jessie Stafford Owens.
In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his brother, Ralph Owens; sisters, Birdie and Christine Owens.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Kozlowski Owens; son, John (Cheyanne) Owens; brother, Joe (Catherine) Owens; sister, Lori (Gary) Fry; grandchildren, Savannah and Shea Owens.
Visitation will be Monday, July 2, 2012 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Kirkersville Cemetery.
