John F Reinhardt, 70, of Grove City, Ohio, passed away January 10, 2024. He was born on July 12, 1953 in Bay City, Michigan to his parents Donald F. Reinhardt and Joan (Knox) Reinhardt. John lived in Ironwood, Elkhart and SouthBend, Indiana before moving to Ohio, where he met the love of his life Cynthia Henry, and settled down together in Grove City, Ohio. John and Cindi together created and lived a beautiful life.
John was a diehard Irish fan, graduating with an accounting degree from Notre Dame in 1975, he could spend hours discussing the school and the team. Other than football his favorite activities included dog training, instructing, and volunteering at Columbus All-breed Training Club where John served as Vice-president on the board for 7 years. John also loved traveling in the motor home and spending time with family and friends, preferably while enjoying something sweet. His sweet tooth he inherited from his mom. For years John worked in sales Real Estate, and retired as a land developer.
John lost his battle with cancer after he contracted covid. He went peacefully with his wife by his side at Mt. Carmel, Grove City. You will never meet a nicer man than John and he will truly be missed, especially by his mom and wife of 36 years and their two weimaraners Dune & Renner. Thank you so much to the Doctors, nurses, and staff that did everything they could do to save him.
Surviving family includes, Mother, Joan M Reinhardt, Wife, Cynthia Henry, Son, Kyle (Kisten) Rouch, one granddaughter, a sister Judy Dolson, three nieces and two nephews. He is preceded in death by his Father, Donald F Reinhardt and a sister Janet Reinhardt.
