John Worthington Jr.

John Worthington Jr. 45 of Columbus passed on Sept. 30, 2015. He was born December 24, 1969 in Charleston, SC to John and Linda (Dorcy) Worthington Sr. both of whom live in Grove City. Other survivors include his wife of 12 years Laura; brother Michael Darcy (Sara) Worthington; father in law Robert Larsen; and 2 nieces. He was preceded in death by a brother Matt Worthington and mother in law Pauline Larsen.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8PM Tuesday October 6, 2015 with a funeral service at 7PM at Newcomer Funeral Home SW 3393 Broadway Grove City, OH 43123. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St Jude Children's Hospital POB 1000 Dept. 142 Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
