Johnnie Hillyer, 59, passed away on August 10, 2017. He was born on August 30, 1957 in Nelsonville, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Charlotte Hillyer and brothers, Clarence and Matthew Hillyer.

Surviving family includes wife, Kelly, children, John (Monica) Hillyer Jr., Deven Hillyer, Austin Berger, Lauren Oliver, Chloe Oliver, sisters, Theresa (Pete) Furlong, Linda (Allen) Hillyer, Julie Hillyer, Karen (Richard) Gerst, Pamela (James) Everhart, grandchildren, Jackson Hillyer, Trenton Hillyer, Marcus Hillyer and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 4-8pm, Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. A funeral service will be held at 9am, Friday, August 18, 2017 at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
