Survived by wife, Debbie; daughter, Bobbi Jo; son, Chris; sister, Anetha Libby; brother, Johnny; grandson, Brandon; nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Visitation Tuesday, October 1, 2013 from 12pm until the time of Funeral Service at 1pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Interment to follow at Obetz Cemetery, Obetz, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joseph's memory to Riverside Hospital through OhioHealth Foundation, 180 E. Broad St. FL 32, Columbus, OH 43215-9480.
