Joseph Sipe, 47, of Grove City, passed away unexpectedly at home March 12, 2008. He was preceded in death by his father, Harry Sipe; brothers, Timmy, David and Tom Sipe. Joe is survived by his son, Benjamin "Little Buddy" Sipe; mother, Nancy C. (Pieramico) Sipe; sisters, Sue (John) Wiseman, Maria (Doug) Pinkerton; brother, Michael (Vanita) Sipe; Godparents, Al and Jenny Pence; special friends, Dennis Mason, Joe Nickoloff, Jenny Nickoloff, Marilyn Miller; ex-spouse, Joy; many nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Joe loved his land in New Lexington and collecting guns. He was mommy's good helper. He attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Visitation will be held 5:00-8:00PM Sunday, March 16, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio with a prayer service beginning at 7:30PM. Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00AM Monday, March 17, 2008 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 3730 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Interment will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
