Joy "Bob" Chandler passed away on Friday, October 20, 2006, while residing at The Manor At Whitehall. Bob, born to the late Conn and Helen (Grim) Chandler on March 24, 1930, in Lowansville, KY. , is preceded in death by his son Joe Chandler. Survivors include his wife Eula (Thompson); daughters, Vickie Wakeland (Robert Snedden), Kathy Stewart, Janet James; sister, Myrna Loy; brothers, Ivan (Ruby) Chandler, James and Henry Evans; grandchildren, Kandi Hammond, Andrew Snedden, Stacey and Joy Chandler, Rochelle; and 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2006, at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. with the service being conducted on Wednesday, October 25 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
