Joyce Ann Ditello

Joyce “Meme” Ditello, age 80, of Columbus, passed away March 24th, 2025 at Mount Carmel Grove City Hospital. She was born July 25th,1944 a daughter of the late Thurman (Dougie) and Mary Perdue. Joyce was preceded in death by her loving husband Michael L. Ditello.

Joyce was happiest by the ocean and would often tell stories of how much she enjoyed her time in Myrtle Beach. When inside she loved to complete puzzles and to crochet. Many of her family members have a blanket that was made for them with love by Joyce. She was also a lover of all animals. She never met a dog or cat that she did not instantly bond with.

Joyce is survived by her only son Michael D. (Gail) Ditello; grandchildren Christopher (Molly), Marty (Amanda), And Danielle (Brett Nichols); great grandchildren Addison, Liam, Hayley, Kaydence, MaKenzie, Braden, Beckett, Averey, Baylor, and Brystol.

Friends may gather at the NEWCOMER SOUTHWEST CHAPEL 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Graveside services will then be held at 2:00pm at Fernwood Cemetery. Pastor Jim Blankenship officiating.
