Joyce E. Rife born August 3, 1937, peacefully loosed her earthly bonds on Oct. 23, 2012.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Edward L. Rife. Mother- Rosalie E. (Porterfield) McNaughton, Father- Robert A. McNaughton.
She leaves behind her Son, Robert E. Rife, Daughter, Rhonda A. (Rife) Tuller, Son-in-Law Kyle R. Tuller, Grandchildren, Aaron R. Rife, Bethany L. Rife, Taylor L. Alston, Tyler I. Tuller, Cheyanne R. Tuller and Dakota S. Tuller. As well as countless friends and loved ones.
She was born in New Athens, Ohio and raised in St. Clairsville, OH, and graduated from St. Clairsville High School.
She Retired from Columbus City Schools as a Bus Driver. And was a member of Achbar Grotto (Past Royal Highness, Ladies Auxiliary)
Visitation will be Monday from 5:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd Columbus, where a Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Dr. William L. Snider, officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: the Cat Welfare Society, 741 Wetmore Road, Columbus, OH 43214 or the American Cancer Society, 5555 Frantz Road, Dublin, OH 43017.
