Juanita L. Miller, 51, of Columbus, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2015 at her residence.
She was born February 14, 1964 in Columbus, daughter of the late Noel and Sandra Rushin Miller Sr.
In addition to her parents, Juanita was preceded in death by her sister, Melody Blankenship.
She is survived by her daughters, Angel (Rafael) Jusino and Chelsea (Ryan) Hogan; brothers, John (Pam) Miller and Noel Miller Jr.; sisters, Cynthia Miller; grandchildren, Briahnna, JaLynn and Ryan; companion, Samuel Miller; lifelong friend, Rhonda (Vernon) Smith and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, October 2, 2015 from 11:00-1:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM.
Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Liver Foundation, 5755 Granger Rd. Ste. 335 Independence, OH 44131.
