Judith L. Coyne

Judith Lynn Coyne, affectionately known for her unwavering love of family, passed away peacefully on February 15, at the age of 83. Born on September 6, 1941, in Aurora, Illinois, Judy was a beacon of warmth and kindness to all who knew her and was known for her glamour, style and grace. In 1959 she met and married the love of her life Dennis and their 65 year adventure began! Career relocations took their growing family from Aurora to Raytown, MO, Akron, OH, Crystal Lake, IL and Columbus, OH twice.

Judys greatest joy came from her role as a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She cherished her children, John Michael (Karen), Jeffrey Thomas (Amanda), Curtis Christopher (Amber), Matthew Scott (Theresa), and Aingeal Marie. Her children playfully remarked that she loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren more than them! Judy took immense pride in her grandchildren, John, Aidan, Erin, Christopher, Shannon, Shaun, Daniel, Sarah, Jacob, Tyler, Matthew, Colin, Zachery, and Samantha, and great grandchildren, Justin, Alyson, Jordon, Naomie, Madison, Rylee, Cayan, Hunter, Liam, Jaxson, Daisy, Arabella, AJ, and Ace.

Judy was preceded in death by her beloved parents, John and Wilma Hawse, brother Lawrence Hawse, and great granddaughter Penelope. She is survived by her loving husband Dennis, and sisters Janice and Jacquline. Together Judy and Dennis shared a lifetime filled with cherished memories.

Judys legacy will continue through the generations she so dearly loved. Her kindness, warmth, and sense of style will be fondly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to have been a part of her life.

Visitation will be held on February 23, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northwest, located at 10051 Brewster Ln, Powell, OH 43065. A Funeral Service in her honor will take place on February 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM at St. Joan of Arc, located at 10700 Liberty Road, Powell, OH 43065.
