Judy D. Pratt, 55 years old, lifetime Columbus resident, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 11th, 2010. Judy worked as an Office Manager for Spine and Disc Chiropractic, inside Regency Hospital for a number of years. Judy enjoyed many selfless acts of kindness, such as: crocheting hats for "Crazy Cappers" (cancer patients), helping others, cross stitch, gardening, visiting the residents in nursing facilities, traveling to the Amish country, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Claude Hewitt, step father, John Lambert, and mother in law, Celia M. Pratt.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 32 years, Dave Pratt, her loving mother, Elizabeth Lambert (her friend Bill Smith), father and step mother in law, David H. (Rayma) Pratt, three sisters: Ellen James, Kathy (Walter) Salyers, and Rita (Mel) Meloy, four brothers: Larry (Pat) Strouse, Robert Strouse, Paul (Claurice) Hewitt, and Joe Hewitt, in laws: Tina Pratt, Phillip (Becky) Pratt, and Raymond (Rose) Pratt, and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Friends and family will be received on Sunday, May 16th, 2010 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123.
Graveside service will be on Monday, May 17th, 2010, at 1:00 PM at Obetz Cemetery, Obetz Ohio.
