Julie Ann Kiser, age 48, passed away at home on Wednesday, February 14, 2018. She was born on July 11, 1969.
She grew up in Westerville, OH and graduated from Westerville South High School in 1988. She later met her husband of 30 years, Daniel Kiser whom she loved more than words can describe.
Julie was a free spirited, light hearted woman who enjoyed many years of entertaining the troops as a bartender at the AMVETS Post 89 along side her mother Sue. The mother and daughter duet were well known as a source of comic relief to the members and their families.
Julie was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia "Sue" Boyer; maternal grandparents, Albert "Buck" Davis and Matra Davis; paternal grandparents, Joseph L. Boyer and Dorothy K. Boyer; aunts, Marilyn Sheets and Janet Bouegher.
Julie is survived by her husband of 30 years, Dan; children, Ashley (Joe) Kiser; D.J. (Desiree) Kiser; granddaughter, Rebecca and granddaughter to be, Rachel; father, Lance Boyer; siblings, Jeff (Debbie) Boyer, Shannon Boyer, Shawn Boyer and Jennifer (Ron) Summerville; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 5-7pm, Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Newcomer Funeral Home, N.E., 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH 43231, where the funeral service will be held following at 7:00pm.
