Justine (Caldwell), 75 years old, passed away Tuesday, February 2nd , 2010. She supported her late husband William's military career by accompanying him around the world and raising their loving children. She truly enjoyed watching her grandchildren play sports and was an avid Buckeye Fan. Justine and William were proud owners of race horses and enjoyed watching them run at Beulah Park and River Downs. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer Dolphus and Lillie Mae (Purvis) Caldwell, her husband William Welsh, Jr., one brother, Leo and one sister, Glenda. She is survived by her loving children, Linda (Steven) Gardner, Lori Herron, Billy (Terri) Welsh, Jerry, Randy and Michael Welsh, sisters Betty and Mary Ann, brothers, Jim, Tom and Wendell, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, February 5th, 2010 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 Noon, with Funeral service immediately following at 12:00 Noon, all at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123.
