Karen Elizabeth Buckley

Karen Elizabeth Buckley, 79, passed away on March 23, 2024. She was born on April 1, 1944 in Columbus, OH.

Surviving family includes daughters Ann Marie (Eric) Troyer, Irene Borror and Sarah (Harrison Smith) Buckley; grandchildren Emily (Isaac Ruiz) Troyer, Daniel (fiancé Elizabeth Fequiere) Troyer, Samuel Troyer, John (Megan) Borror, and Rose (Luna Grey) Borror; great-grandchild Martin Borror; sister Joan Pastva; brother James (Dianne) Balthaser; as well as many other loved ones and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert; parents James R. and Kathryn F. (Herman) Balthaser; in-laws John Buckley, Steve Pastva, Terry and Maureen Huff.

She was devoted to the Catholic Ladies of Columbia, serving as past president, board member, sales representative, and long time officer of our local council #95.

Karen was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be dearly missed. Her family was the most important thing in her life, closely followed by her faith and her love of chocolate.

A visitation and Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 6, 2024 from 10:00am until time of service at 11:00am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 3730 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
