She was an excellent swimmer and she loved to drive.
On June 20, 1981 Karen was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, with 40 years of faithful service. She began in the fulltime ministry (as a regular pioneer) on September 1, 2010. Karen was true to her word wanting to please her heavenly father. Her hope was that everyone she came in contact with would come to know Jehovah and have life everlasting in a new world. Karen believed that she would one day live in true peace and security according to the hope God promised as found at Jeremiah 29:11,12. Living up to the truth from the Bible was her life.
