Karen "KJ" Lynne, 48, after a determined battle with cancer, ended her journey in this life on Saturday, July 30 at the Kobacker House while in Hospice care. Karen, a graduate of Northland High School, enjoyed needlework, music, puzzles and playing cards. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Lynne, her mother Dolores "Dodie" Johnson, brother Jeff (Pam) and nephews, Gregory, and Christian, her companion of several years, Michael "Lock" Boham, special aunt, Ann Lathrop, and grandmother Helen Wolford and numerous extended family members and supportive friend Chrissy Parsley. She was preceded in death by her dad Robert J. Johnson, grandparents and close cousin Michael Lathrop. The family will receive friends at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Rd. on Tuesday, August 2, from 2-4 and 6-8p.m.. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Wednesday, August 3 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Kingwood Cemetery Mausoleum near her dad.
