Karen Louise Rogers, 74, passed away November 27, 2023. She was preceded in death by parents, Earl and Delora Markin. Karen is survived by her husband of 54 years, James Rogers and daughter, Lori Rogers.
She graduated from Russell High School in Russell, KY. Following that, she attended Morehead State University and graduated from Akron University with a Bachelor Degree in Sociology. Karen was a stay at home mom and had careers in social work and also working for the Columbus Police Department as a fingerprint technician. Karen was an active member of her church, Trinity UMC in Grove City, where she sang in the choir.
Visitation Monday, December 4, 2023 from 12pm until the time of Funeral Service at 1:30pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Interment to follow at Grove City Cemetery (new), Grove City, OH.
