Kathleen "Kay" Darst, 65, passed away at her home and entered into the presence of her Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, July 14, 2007. Born to the late Walter F. McCauley and Catherine Ellen Predmore McCauley on May 7, 1942, in Columbus, Kay is preceded in death her brothers, Walter F. McCauley, Robert L. McCauley, and Bill Yost; her mother and father-in-law; Horton and Mary Ethel Darst; special uncle, Harold Darst. Survivors include her husband, Ray E. Darst, Orient, OH; her husbands son, whom she loved very much, Harold Ray Darst; three grandchildren; sisters, RoseMarie(George) Mossman, Columbus, OH, twin sister, Eileen (Bill) Kerr, Ephrata, PA, and Sue (Marvin) Penner, Williston, ND; brother-in-law, Bill (Darlene) Darst, Orient, OH; sisters-in-law, Renee (Charles) Hinton, Orient, OH, Betty Davis, Odessa, Fl, and Evelyn (Donald) Conkel, Odessa, Fl; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 17, 2007, from 4-8PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, July 18, 2007, 10:30AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Berger Hospice Care, 600 N Pickaway Street, Circleville, OH 43113. Interment will follow at Beckett Cemetery.
