Kathy A. Taylor

Kathy A. Taylor, 62, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away September 3, 2022. She was born on December 26, 1959 in Columbus, Ohio to George and Beatrice (Greenlee) Parsons.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard Parsons.

Kathy was born and raised on West side of Columbus. She attended Central High School where she met her soul mate, Darren. Kathy loved to watch football. She was a die hard fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns.

Surviving family includes, husband of 44 years, Darren Taylor, daughter, Melissa (Robert Carlisle) Taylor; son, James (Stephanie) Taylor; grandchildren, Brandon, Olivia, Scarlet, Allie; great-granddaughter, Nova Grace; sisters, Donna Garber, Susan (Rocky Lane) Waddle; brother, Michael Parsons; several nieces and nephews, and lastly her beloved dog, Jemma Marie.

Kathy was family oriented. She loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren. She will be missed by all of those who had the opportunity to be loved by her.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, Friday, September 9, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm, Friday, September 9, 2022 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Obetz Cemetery, Obetz, Ohio.
