Kaye Lucille Erlenbach Pfeiffer, 49, passed away unexpectedly, at St. Ann's Hospital on December 27, 2008, with her husband Rich by her side. Kaye was born to the late Harold and Gladys Erlenbach on April 14, 1959, in Columbus. Survivors include her loving husband, Richard "Rich" Pfeiffer; her best dog, "Buddy"; brother, Keith Erlenbach; sisters, Karen (Dan) Chapman and Kathy (Mitch) Spaulding; Rich's children, Lauren (Scott) Randolph, Andrew (Bardette) Pfeiffer and Rebecca (Keith) Smith; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Kaye was an avid lover of nature and animals. Kaye and Rich enjoyed hiking, camping, fishing and life itself. She worked for Vision Service Plan in Columbus and will be missed by all that knew her. Kaye's family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 31, 2008, 2-5 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH. Memorial contributions in Kaye's name may be made to St. Ann's Hospital, ICU Department, 500 S. Cleveland Avenue, Westerville, OH 43081.
