Kendall Dale Knowlton, age 89, of Columbus, died Monday, January 16, 2012 at Country Club Retirement Center. He was born in New Marshfield, Ohio to late Arch and Mary (Sickels) Knowlton. Kendall was a graduate of Athens High School; Class of 1940. He retired in 1984 from Boeing (formerly Rockwell International). In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers Clinton Knowlton and Clovis Knowlton. Kendall is survived by his former wife Vicie Knowlton and children, Jane (Ray) Mikulec, David Knowlton; grandchildren, Jeramey Knowlton, Kalia Denny, Keigan Knowlton, Alaicia Knowlton, Joshua Mikulec, Sarah Mikulec, Elizabeth Mikulec; great-grandchildren, Makayla Denny and Kaylei Denny; nieces, nephews and many friends. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00pm, Friday, January 20, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH where funeral services will be conducted at 4:00pm. A reception will follow at Faith Baptist Church, 8764 Martinsburg Rd., Mt. Vernon, OH. Burial will be in New Marshfield Cemetery, New Marshfield, OH at 11:00am, Saturday, January 21, 2012.
