Kenneth Sheppard, age 57, of Columbus, passed away unexpectedly on January 22, 2022. He was born on April 28, 1964, in Columbus, to James and Emma (Baldwin) Sheppard.
Kenny enjoyed spending his time hunting, fishing, shooting guns and being outdoors. He loved listening to and playing Blue Grass Music and being around his family and friends. His personality and smile lit up a room and his presence was always a blessing. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Darla Sheppard; children, Zachary (Kristina) Crump, David Sheppard, Ashley Kube, Ashley Sheppard, Nicole (Dustin) Cox, Ryann Crump and William Sheppard; grandchildren, Cole, Cora, Crystal, Macey, Felix, Auron and Isaac; mother, Emma Sheppard; brother, James (Debbie) Sheppard; and his fur-babies, Sweetie and Prince.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Sheppard; grandson, Prince Joseph Leroy Campbell IV.
The family will receive friends on Monday, January 31, 2022, from 5-7 p.m., at Newcomer SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 11 a.m., at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Fernwood Cemetery in Lockbourne.
