Kenneth Ray Wood, 65, passed away peacefully at home June 2, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Larmer and Alice Wood; brothers, Bob and Dick Wood and Ronnie Willis.
Kenny is survived by brother, Charles (Nan) Wood; sister, Georgann (Bob) McClain; brother, Larry (Sharon) Willis; nephew, Rodney Wood; half sisters, Shirley James and Marie Connell; cousin, Patty (Ernie) Rader; uncle, Joe Willis; aunt, Mae Willis; cousin, Chuck Willis; significant other, Leslie Broucker; loving ex-wife and dear friend, Sandee Wood; best friend, Patrick Chittenden; furry companions "the girls," Venus and Windy; as well as nieces and nephews, other family and friends.
Ken was a member of the NRA and avid Harley rider. Served our country as a Navy Seabee during Vietnam. Kenny was a true patriot and trusted friend to all who knew him. He will be dearly missed.
Visitation Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 4-7 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 10 at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Obetz Cemetery, Obetz, OH.
