Kevin M. Jones, 39, of Westerville, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2009. Kevin was born to Gerald M. Jones and Sandra J. (Lowery) Jones in Columbus on July 9, 1969, and is preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother and her husband, Sandra J. and Earl W. Thompson, Jr; sister, Yvonne D. Kelley; brother, Kenneth L. Jones; nephew, Andrew M. Kelley; nieces, Myiah N. and Makeighla R. Kelley; grandmother, Luberta Jones; grandfather, Aaron (Essie) Lowery; many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Kevin was a member of The Tabernacle Baptist Church and worked for Acura of Columbus for 19 years. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2009, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH 43231. Home-Going Service will be held on Friday, June 26, 2009, 11:00 AM with visitation one hour prior, at The Tabernacle Baptist Church, 2188 Woodward Avenue, Columbus, OH 43219. Interment will follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estates, Reynoldsburg, OH.
