Kyla Yvonne Rapp, 23, went home to be with the Lord on May 10, 2023 peacefully in her mother's arms, holding her brother's hand and surrounded by her family.
Kyla was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Virginia & Ked Pack and Marjorie & Joseph Rapp.
Surviving family includes parents, Kelle & Chris Tarby, brother, Cory, sisters, Brittany, Samantha, aunt, Kim (Matt) Crabtree, cousin, Madison Crabtree, grandfather, Paul Rapp, grandparents, Glenna & William Bigelow, Karen & Mark Heisa and special family friends Anita Berry, Terra Byrd, Abbey Williams
Kyla was loved by many for her infectious laugh and smile, especially when she felt ornery and would laugh when her mom or brother got hurt. Her big brown eyes could light up a room and she would always get compliments about her hair and outfits. Kyla adored her family and loved spending time with them. Her aunt Kimmie always made her smile and giggle. She enjoyed the outdoors just like her grandpa, especially going on hikes. She loved listening to the birds and watching the butterflies. Some of her favorite times were traveling with her family to the beach, holiday gatherings, and swimming in the pool with her grandma and papa. Kyla's favorite drink was strawberry milk, her oatmeal, and loved her cotton candy. She loved to dance to her favorite music and have her brother Cory sing to her, especially the song Tonight, Tonight…by Hot Chelle Rae. She loved the color yellow, her pink bunny, and her favorite toy was her cat piano. Most importantly Kyla loved her hugs and snuggling with mom.
