Lance Lee Brown

Lance passed away unexpectedly April 27th, 2023 at the age of 62 years old. Lance was born to Joel Brown and Gabrielle (Veach) Brown, in Columbus, Ohio on January 17, 1961.

Lance graduated from barber school at Ohio State College of Barber styling in April 1987.

Lance was well known in Bexley, at the Bexley Barber Shop. After it's closing, he began working at Jerry's Barber Shop. He enjoyed being a barber, and took great pride and passion in cutting hair and interactions with his customers.
Lance has customers from 20 plus years that he grew close with, and enjoyed getting to see them. He was very talented in his work.

He enjoyed football and baseball, he was very involved in his fantasy leagues. Lance was a quarterback in high school for Westerville south. Football was Lances deepest hobbies he enjoyed and bonded with his friends.

Lance was best known for his big heart, and love for all people no matter who they were. Lance brought life and laughter wherever he was. Lance was an amazing father and shared a strong unbreakable bond with his daughter Brittany Brown. He was a wonderful grandfather to his grandchildren Tristan and Noah Hayes, and developed a close bond with Brittany's husband William Hayes.

Lance is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Mr. Joel Brown and Mrs. Gabrielle (Veach) Brown.

He will be deeply missed by close friends from childhood, Jeff Adams and Scott Flynn, Brian Hinkle, whom he talked with regularly. His daughter Brittany (William) Brown, Grandchildren Tristan and Noah Hayes. Brothers, Eric Brown and Lance Rador, Nephew, John Brown, Cousins Bill and Ron Eltzroth.
