Larry Emerson Conkel
August 24, 1944 — August 27, 2022
Larry Emerson Conkel, born August 24, 1944, passed away August 27, 2022, at the age of 78. Larry is preceded in death by his parents Howard and Ruby (Glassburn) Conkel, two siblings and son Dallas.
Larry is survived by his devoted wife Julie Faulconer, son Dwayne Edward (Rene), Grandchildren Ryan (Mandy) Lindsay (Jill), great-grandchildren Brantly, Brayden, Bailey, three siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.
Larry was a self-made man, master woodworker, avid hunter, fisherman and loved shooting trap with the gang. Larry loved family, was a loyal friend, generous, funny and kind and entertained everyone with tales of his many (mis) adventures. We are grateful this wonderful man was part of our lives. Larry was well loved and will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be Saturday, September 3, 2022 from 9am until the time of service at 10am at Newcomer SW Chapel 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. Burial will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery.
