Larry G. Campbell, 65, passed away Monday, September 19, 2011, surrounded by his loving family. Larry was born in Burnwell, WV on June 4, 1946, and is survived by his wife of 42 years, Helen (Thaxton) Campbell; sons, Lance and Matt (Carly) Campbell; sisters, Linda Thompson, Kay (Lawrence) Brown, Alice Castleberry; brother, Kenneth Salters; nieces, nephews and many friends. Larry retired after 40 years with AEP. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2011, 10:00 AM – 12:00 noon at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow at Northlawn Memory Gardens, Westerville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, P.O. Box 15099, Columbus, OH 43215-0099.
