Lauren Kathleen Wright, 16, of Thornville, OH, passed away tragically July 4, 2011 as a result of an automobile accident. She was born March 1, 1995 in Columbus, OH. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Linda Barnett and great-grandparents, Al (Doris) Kenreigh. Lauren is survived by her parents, Shannon (Ben) Mangon and Eric (Dodi) Wright; sisters, Brittany Chenault, Kylah Mangon, Mariah Holler and Shana Snyder; grandparents, Bruce Barnett, Trina Smallwood-Rosenburg, Tom (Mary) Mangon, Jeff Wright, Catherine (Brad) McGath, great-grandmothers, Doris Shinn and Evelyn Smallwood; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Lauren was a loving and outgoing person who had countless friends. She attended Sheridan High School and enjoyed taking photos, writing, swimming and texting on her cell phone. She loved animals but most of all loved her family and friends. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Canaan Land Free Will Baptist Church, 2777 Gantz Rd., Grove City, OH 43123. Funeral service will follow visitation at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 9, 2011 at the church. Memorial donations in Lauren's memory may be made to The Licking County Humane Society, PO Box 933 Newark, OH 43058.
