Leah S. Hunnell

Leah Sue Hunnell born May 25, 1943, passed away on January 21, 2024, at the Inn at Olentangy Trail after a long illness. Leah was born in Barnesville, Ohio and attended Batesville High School in Batesville, Ohio and Bliss College in Columbus, Ohio.

Preceded in death by her husband Charles H. Hunnell; parents Benjamin and Mina Christman; and sister Reba (Angelo) Marinelli. Survived by son Chad (Susan) Hunnell; grandson Skyler Hunnell; brother Glenn (Sandra) Christman and sister Glenna (Ronald) Hall. Also survived by nieces and nephews; Tonya (Gene Jones) Morris, Lauren (Matt) Krepsik, Kory (June) Christman, Lisa (Josh) Keene, Todd (Dawn) Salters, Patrick (Danielle) Hall; cousin Jerry Christman; and other family members and friends.

Visitation and service will be held at Newcomer - Northwest Columbus Chapel, 10051 Brewster Lane, Powell, Ohio 43065 on Friday, January 26, 2024. Visitation 10:00 am to 11:00 am and service at 11:00 am. Interment following at Northlawn Memory Gardens, 7060 OH-3, Westerville, OH 43082.
