Leah Renae Sheridan

Leah Sheridan, 56, of Hilliard, passed away April 6, 2023 after an extended illness. Leah was born September 23, 1966 to Gerald E. and Emma M. (Kirchner) Seymour.
She graduated from Westland High School in 1984. Leah married the love of her life Francis on April 12, 1986. She retired from Aetna Health Insurance after many years of service. Leah was an avid fan of the Columbus Blue Jackets, Notre Dame and The Ohio State Buckeyes. She loved to travel, enjoyed gardening but most importantly, loved being with her family.
Leah will be deeply missed by her husband Francis Sheridan; children Alexander (Sara) Sheridan, Rylan Sheridan; mother Emma; brother Thomas (Terri) Seymour; nephew Justin (Courtney) Seymour along with many other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father Gerald.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 10am until the time of service at 12pm at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, 43123.
Burial will be at Alton Cemetery.
The family would like to give a special thanks to all of the caregiver teams in Columbus over the past year. So many people brightened her days. Also, a special thanks to Terri Seymour, Twana Sheridan, Sara Sheridan and Sydney Lute.
