Leo "Lee" D. Cook Jr., 87, of Columbus, OH, passed away August 16, 2022. He was born December 24, 1934 to the late Leo and Elizabeth (Wolf) Cook Sr.
Lee graduated from Central High School. He retired form JC Penny on December 31, 1999.
Lee will be deeply missed by his wife of 69 years Ruth (Daugherty) Cook; son Dale (Sharon) Cook; granddaughter Stacy (Randy) Enyart; grandson Matthew (Candy) Cook; 6 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren along with many other family and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, August 23, 2022 from 6pm to 8pm at Newcomer NE Chapel 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Columbus. Second visitation will be Wednesday, August 24, 2022 from 10am until the time of service at 11am at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery.
