Lelia was born on March 13, 1927 in Columbus, Ohio to Harley and Lelia Shultz.
She is preceded in death by son, Harold Ladley.
Lelia is survived by children, Sandra Ladley, Carol Ladley, Michael Ladley; grandchildren, Kimberly (Jack) Seymour, Amy (Michael) Nickleson, Brittany Ladley, Christopher Ladley and several other grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 from 4:00pm to 7:00m and Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 10:00am to 11:00am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 11:00 am also at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel. She will be laid to rest at Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
