Lena E. Lockhart

Lena Elizabeth Lockhart was born November 3rd in Lima, New York and traveled on without us on July 15 in Columbus, Ohio. She believed in God, family and friends and was born again. She loved her wife, Jan Taylor, her entire adult life. Parents Judy Lockhart Jones, Bill Lockhart, and Guy Jones, siblings Patty and John all gathered when she got to the other side. She leaves behind brothers Bill Lockhart, Randy Hughes, and sister Deb Stolfo, neices and nephews and greats and great greats, phew! So much love. There was nothing greater in life than music, she sang beautifully and played the violin. She showed no prejudices, no judgement. She realized if you were a human and not from outer space you could not be perfect. She told the truth, painful though it might have been...she told it. An A student (every year) Event college. She loved and lived and did it her way. And if you knew her you understood, she didn't know any other way to live her life. We were blessed to have been given her in our lifetime.
