Lenora "Jimmie" Williams, 64, died at home on August 21, 2006. She is preceded in death by a son, Rick, mother Hildred, father Virgil Thompson, brother Jack, sister Linda. Jimmie was known for her beautiful crafts and loved by her friends. She retired from F.C.B. M.R.D.D. in the transportation Dept. She was a member of the Good Shepherd Community Church. Jimmie is survived by loving friend, companion, and caregiver throughout her illness, Barb Mills, son Craig Williams, daughters, Beth Lauren, Terri Whitlock, brothers Joseph (Becky) and Harley Thompson of Springfield, seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren, special nephews Mike (Laura) Thompson, Derick Beechler Jerry and Joseph Thompson Jr. She will be deeply missed by her dearest friends Bobbi and Kathy Commeans, Jim and Phylis Green, Juanita O'Connor and many other loving friends. Family and friends may call Thursday, August 24, 2006 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home N.E. Chapel 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 25, 2006 at 10:00 AM, at the Good Shepherd Community Church 210 Obetz Rd., with Dr. William L. Snider and Rev. Steve P. Snider will be officiating services. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Good Shepherd Community Church or the Mt. Carmel East Hospice.
