Leonard McCallister, 81, of Columbus passed away February 11, 2011. He was born December 17, 1929 in Barboursville, WV. Leonard was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife Jacqueline; children, Nan (McCallister) Koch, Steve (Becky) McCallister, Jay (Maria) McCallister; sister, Faye (Hank) Greenwood; seven grandchildren and five great- grandchildren. The family will hold a private graveside service. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Leonard will be held at 7:00 pm Monday, February 14, 2011 at The Immanuel Baptist Church, 3417 Palmetto St., Columbus, OH 43204. The family will begin receiving friends and relatives at 6:00 PM at the church. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice C/O Mount Carmel Foundation, 6150 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213-9924.
