Lewis S. Adams, 74, of Somerset, Ohio, passed away August 16, 2021.
He was born in Topeka, KS on October 12, 1946 to the late Ralph and Emma (Lewis) Adams Jr.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Ralph E. Adams; and sister, Annette Caspo.
Surviving family includes devoted sister-in-law; Colleen (Eisnaugle) Adams; nephew and niece, David Adams, Dianna K. Vallette; great nieces and nephews; Joey (Stephani) Adams, Steven (Vanessa) Vallette, Amanda Vallette; and five great-great nieces and nephews.
Lewis affectionately known as "Steve" served his country Proudly in the United States Army, during the Vietnam Era.
He was dedicated to his life work for over 35 years to the OhioHealth Medical Group, serving as maintenance.
A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 25th, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus - OH 43231. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 26th, 2021 at 11:30 am also at the Funeral Home. Burial will take place in procession to Riverside Cemetery - Columbus, OH.
