Lewis Clifford Sanders, passed away on September 17, 2006 at 2:55PM at his home in Columbus, Ohio. Former longtime resident of Wolcott, Indiana, he grew up in the Buffalo, Francesville, Indiana area. He attended Francesville High School where he met and is survived by his wife of 50 years, Barbara Irene (Radcliffe) Sanders. He was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Sanders and his mother, Iva Jane (McCloud) Sanders. Lewis is also survived by his children, Roxanne (Michael) Eckart of Cambridge City, IN., Laurene (William) Creekbaum of Grove City, OH., Lisa Sanders (partner, Mary Jezdimir) of St. Petersburg, FL., Vincent (Carmen) Sanders of Remington, IN; brothers and sisters, Corrine (Ray) Cory, Juana (John) Sage, Frank (Ruth) Sanders, Ronald (Sherrie) Sanders; grandchildren, Amber and Aaron Eckart, William and Joseph Creekbaum, Ashley Sanders; one great-grandchild, Hayley Haskett and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 3:00PM Tuesday, September 19, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio.
