Linda D. Drum

Linda Darlene Drum, 72, of Grove City, OH passed away early Saturday morning on September 24, 2022. Linda was born November 11, 1950 in Columbus, OH and resided in Grove City most of her life. Linda went to The Ohio State University where she earned her Bachelors in Education. Before retiring she was employed by London City Schools. Linda taught High School French and English for 30 years. She loved flowers, decorating for all holidays, loved to travel, go to garage sales, go shopping, play cards and board games and was very fond of all animals, especially dogs. Linda's most favorite thing in the entire world was being a grandma to her four grandchildren.

Linda is survived by her husband William (Bill) Drum, son Brian Drum, and daughter Nicole Mowery. She had four grandchildren: Emily Drum (15), Brayden Drum (12), Ellie Mowery (13) and Ty Mowery (7). She was preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Temple, father Donald Temple, and sister, Susie Waters.

Friends and Family may say goodbye to Linda at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. Viewing hours will be from 6pm to 8pm on Wednesday September 28, 2022. The service will be held at 10am on Thursday September 29, 2022 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Grove City Cemetery. Flowers can be sent to the Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel.
