Linda J. Sprouse, age 72, loving wife and mother, passed away January 6, 2013. She was born July 25, 1940 in Dayton, OH.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Rockhold and Eloise Legg; stepfather, Montford "Monty" Legg and daughter, Colleen Duffey. She is survived by loving husband, Robert Sprouse; children, Diana (Joel) Hendricks, Daniel Duffey and Donna Carey; grandchildren, Stephanie (Rob) Heffron, Jennifer (Steve) Powers, Elizabeth (Matthew) Wallace, Crystal Pierson, Lisa Pierson, Lauryn Carey and Robert Carey; 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
She was a member of Highland Baptist Church. A Celebration of Life Reception will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123, with a Celebration of Life Service beginning at 7:00 p.m., led by Pastor Paul Pyle.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Highland Baptist Church, 3460 Hoover Rd., Grove City, OH 43123.
