Linda Eleanor Lucas

Linda Eleanor Sells Lucas, age 75, of Akron, Ohio, passed away April 18, 2024. She was born on September 2, 1948 in Akron, Ohio to Arnold and Patricia (McLain) Sells. Linda was an extremely talented and creative crochet artist. She has made some beautiful works of art, and the people lucky enough to be gifted some of her afghans, will treasure them forever! Linda was also an owner and lover of Chihuahuas. She is preceded in death by her very special Chi’s, Ernie, Buford & Briscoe. She is survived by her baby Chi, Banjo. She will always be remembered for her love of God, bluegrass music, and family.

She was preceded in death by her beloved life-long partner, Fewell; son, Tommy; grandson, Nathan; dad, Arnold; and sisters, Lee Anne & Molly.

Linda is survived by her loving mom, Patricia; children, Lisa Conner, Rick (Mindy) Mellinger; grandchildren, Nick (Virginia), Rebekah, Rachel, Ally, Ricky, Daniel, Elizabeth, and Leighton; brother, David (Cindy); aunts, Sue and Ginny; uncle, Tom; and a multitude of wonderful cousins; both Sells & McLains.
There will be a “Celebration of Life” on June 6, 2024 from 4:30 to 7:30pm, at The John Torok Community Center (4224 Massillon Road, North Canton, OH 44720)
