Linda Louise Mckendry

Linda Louise McKendry went home to be with her Lord and Savior on November 24, 2023. She was born in Columbus Ohio to her parents Charles and Dorothy (Cullen) Wallace on January 10, 1946. Linda married William McKendry November 11, 1967, and together they created a beautiful life for 56 years.

Linda attended West High School and was in the graduating class of 1964. After graduation she worked as a secretary for John Zook Advertising. Later she worked at St. Stephen the Martyr Catholic Church as the secretary and retired from her position as the Religious Education director. Linda was a consummate mother and wife, always putting her family first. She was incredibly proud of the life she and Bill had, especially their three sons and two grandsons.

Linda is survived by her loving husband Bill McKendry, three sons; William (Terri), Jamie (Kerrie), and Ryan, Two grandsons; Colin McKendry and Kevin McKendry, and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by special friends;Gail Jones and Family, Jud and Nancy Lanzer and Family, John and Jill Rockwell, along with her many friends through her church and neighbors. Linda is proceeded in death by her parents, and two brothers; Terry Wallace Sr. and Charles (Robbie) Wallace, and special friend Jimmy Jones.

A visitation for Linda will be held on Sunday, December 3, 2023 from 2 pm to 5 pm at the Newcomer Southwest Chapel 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123. And a mass will be held at Our Lady Perpetual Help on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 11 am.
