Linda Sue Monfort

Linda Sue Monfort, age 73, of Grove City, Ohio passed away on April 9, 2025. Linda was born on October 7, 1951 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Howard and Ruth Speakman.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Marie (Carrico) Igel, her brothers, Robert Speakman, Ronnie Speakman, her sisters, Reata (Steve) Crabtree, Carolynn Jean Courtwright, and brother-in-law Melvin Monfort..

She is lovingly survived by her husband of 53 years, Michael Monfort, her grandchildren, Michael and Matthew Carrico, her great-granddaughters, Zoey and Brooklyn, her sister, Dottie McClintick, her brother, Harold (Alice) Speakman, Harvey (Kay) Speakman, her brother-in-law, Charlie Monfort, very special friend, Lauren, and several special nieces and nephews.

She loved to garden, collect Longaberger baskets, play slots at the casino, and watch The Ohio State Buckeyes.

She will be deeply missed.
