Linda Schrienk

Linda Lou Schrienk. age 71, of London, passed away Wednesday morning, November 3, 2021 at Dublin Methodist Hospital after a long battle with cancer.

Linda was born March 24, 1950 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Byron and Ruby Steele. She married the love of her life, James Schrienk on July 24, 1971. Linda and Jim recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this past July. Linda was the happiest woman in the world!!

Linda was amazing at many things. She drove a school bus for many years and worked at the Ohio Department of Taxation. Linda had her own cake business and decorated wedding cakes most of her life. Linda was creative in so many ways, from making flower bouquets to helping anyone out with party favors! Her family and friends always knew how talented she was. Linda planned and hosted the BEST parties!!

Linda was part of the Red Hatters Organization of Delaware. Every month she looked forward to surprising the ladies with gifts and party favors for everyone.

Linda's love and compassion for others stood out above all. She was always someone you could turn to and talk about anything. Her generosity to others will always be remembered.

Linda had a passion to live her life while having fun. Every holiday and family gathering was full of games and laughter which everyone looked forward to. Linda enjoyed going to the casino and playing slot machines.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, James; brother, David Steele; sons, Randal Schrienk and Michael (Julie) Schrienk; grandchildren, Danielle, Abby, Brayden, Alivia, Alyssa and Chase; many other loving family members.

The visitation will be on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 from 5-7:00 p.m. at Newcomer-SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway in Grove City, Ohio 43123. The Funeral Service will be on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. followed by procession to Sunset Cemetery.
