Livinus Nwankpa Sr.

December 19, 1952 — April 20, 2013

Chief Livinus U. Nwankpa Sr., 60, passed away April 20, 2013 at Riverside Methodist Hospital surrounded by his loving family and friends. Born December 19, 1952 in Otulu Amumara, Nigeria to the late Oke Nze and Ugo Nze G.C. Nwankpa.

An elder at Worthington Seventh Day Adventist Church and affiliated with local Nigerian Community Organizations; Livi owned his own Insurance business and proudly served his community. He obtained his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Alabama A&M University.

In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by 3 elder brothers.
Survived by his wife, Gayle, whom he married on November 7, 1980; children, Susan Nwankpa, Livinus U. (Tiffany) Nwankpa Jr; sisters, Rhoda and Felicia; brothers, Okey and Alex Eze; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many great friends.

Friends may visit from 4-8 PM, Friday, April 26, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH.

Funeral Services will be held at 3 PM Saturday, April 27 at Worthington Seventh Day Adventist Church, 385 E. Dublin Granville Road, Worthington, OH 43085.

Burial will be held at 11 AM, Monday, April 29, 2013 at Blendon Central Cemetery, 6340 Hemptstead Road, Westerville, OH 43018.
