Lois Stepp

Lois Sherlene (Horn) Stepp, born March 11, 1921 in Inez, Kentucky to Rufus and Emma J. Horn, who both preceded her in death, went to be with our Lord and Savior at 2:30am on May 29, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. Lois was currently a resident of Bowling Green, Ohio. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Milburn Stepp; son, Nilburn Stepp Jr.; grandson, Terry Stepp; Daughter-in-law, Camellia Fae Stepp; Brothers, Cecil Grant, Leroy and Haskel Horn; Sister-in-law, Ruth Horn; Sister, Ethel Horn Pemberton; Brother-in-law, Bill Pemberton and nephew, Bill Pemberton.

Lois is survived by her children, Nelson(Camellia) Stepp; Dinah (George) Meyer; Garry Stepp; Glen (Florence) Stepp; Sharon (Jr.) Stepp; and Dottie Pemberton (JC) Brazzell. Also surviving are brothers, Hoover (Garnett) Horn; Junior (Jerry) Horne, Gene (Shirley) Horn, Philip (Carol) Meade, grandchildren, Nelson Eugene (Kathy) Stepp, Sherlene Stepp, Todd (Betsy) Stepp, Tammy Maple-Stepp, Edward (Monique) Meyer, David (Dawn) Meyer, Gary Lee Stepp, Shawn (Christy) Stepp, and Barry Stepp. Also missing Lois will be lots of Nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins as well as a new great-great grandson, Ryan Adrian Stepp.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2011, 5-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway in Grove City, OH. A celebration of life service will be held at Bethel United Baptist Church on Coldwater Road, Inez, KY on Friday, June 3, 2011 at 12pm with visitation from 10am till noon at the Church. Interment will follow in the Stepp Cemetery on Coldwater Road across from the church. Message of condolences may be made online at www.newcomercolumbus.com.
