Lorean N. Jeffery, 85, Marengo, OH, passed away Monday, November 5, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. Lorean was born in Logan, WV on September 11, 1927, to Allen and Fronie (Black) McNeeley, and is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Douglas Jeffery; 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
Survivors include her daughters, Barbara Kay Clay, Shirley Mae (Carl) McClary, Pauline (Paul) White; sons, Douglas (Janie) Jeffery, Carlos Allen (Mary Jane) Jeffery, Eugene (Vonda Lunsford) Jeffery, Jerry Wayne Jeffery; 17 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren: nieces, nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2012, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Friday, November 9, 2012, 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at the Marengo Cemetery, Marengo, OH.
