Louanne Smith of Harrisburg, OH area, born March 26, 1950, in Ashland, KY, passed away at home January 9, 2011. Mrs. Smith is preceded in death by parents, Jesse and Shirley Kinser; biological parents, Charles and Verna Allen; and sister, Billie Kay Rockwell. Louanne is survived by husband, Larry E. Smith, son, Cam E. Boggs, brother, Donald Allen of Tampa, FL, and sister, Sharon Edmonds of FL; four step-children, Zack, Quinten, Wyatt (Miranda) and Shelly Smith; nine grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Services will be held at Newcomer Chapel in Grove City, OH at 10:00 AM Thursday January 13, 2011. Visitation will be held 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday January 12, 2011 at the funeral home. Internment will be at Concord Cemetery, Hoover Rd., Grove City, OH.
